Substance abuse is increasing those risks which affect overall job safety and work efficiency. Substance abuse includes\, but is not limited to the use of marijuana\, heroin\, ecstasy\, methamphetamine\, cocaine\, opiates\, amphetamine\, and high amounts of alcohol.
